Privacy
This policy explains which personal data Ligra processes, why, and what rights you have. The controller is [company name and address].
What we collect
- Account data: name, e-mail address and password (stored as a hash), or your Google account identifier when you sign in with Google.
- Profiles: player names, avatars, countries, positions and numbers, entered by you or by an organizer.
- Competition data: entries, lineups and results.
- Usage data: pages visited and actions taken, to keep Ligra working and to improve it.
Data entered by organizers
An organizer can enter a person who has no account, such as a player in a team. The organizer decides on this data and must have the right to publish it. Public pages of such players show only the display name, the country and results from public competitions. You can claim your profile and take control of it.
Why we use it
- to run your account and the competitions you take part in (the contract);
- to keep Ligra secure and to fix errors (our legitimate interest);
- to send e-mails you asked for, such as confirmations and invitations;
- to understand how Ligra is used, with analytics (consent where required).
Who receives it
Hosting and database providers, the e-mail provider, Stripe for payments, and analytics tools. We use providers in the European Economic Area where we can; otherwise standard contractual clauses apply.
How long we keep it
Account data until you delete the account. Results of public competitions stay as part of the history, with your name replaced after deletion.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction and a copy of your data, and object to processing. Write to [contact e-mail]. You can also complain to the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
