These terms govern the use of Ligra by organizers, players and visitors. [Company name, address and registration number] runs Ligra.
Who can use Ligra
You can browse public pages without an account. To organize competitions, follow or claim a player profile you need an account. You must be at least 16 years old to create one, or have the consent of a parent.
Accounts
Keep your password safe and tell us at once if someone else uses your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account and in the organizations you belong to.
Content of organizers
Organizers publish competitions, descriptions, attachments, names of teams and players, and results. This content belongs to the organizer, and the organizer is responsible for it:
- having the right to publish the names and results of the people taking part;
- following the law, including the rules on games of chance: Ligra has no prizes and never pays out money for a result;
- following the rules of Stripe when collecting entry fees.
We may remove content and suspend payments when a report or Stripe shows a violation.
Reporting content
Anyone can report content that breaks the law or these terms at [report form link] or [contact e-mail]. We review every report and tell the person who sent it what we did.
Plans, passes and entry fees
Paid plans and passes are sold through Stripe. Entry fees are collected by organizers through their own Stripe accounts; the organizer is the merchant, and refunds and disputes go to the organizer. Ligra takes the commission shown at checkout.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time. Results of public competitions stay, but your name is replaced, so standings and brackets remain correct.
Changes
We tell you about important changes to these terms at least 14 days before they apply.
